Day of Event
 9:00     Registration, team assignment, instructions
 9:15     Strategy session for teams and coaches
10:15  Entrepreneur presentations
11:00   Entrepreneur Q&A sessions
12:30  Lunch and team strategy session with coaches
 2:00   Negotiate a deal with entrepreneurs
 3:30    Networking session

Pre-Event

• Read real business plan
   
• Research industry, markets, technology, law, etc.

During Event

• Meet and interview entrepreneur
   
• Work on multidisciplinary teams of graduate students with various backgrounds (see student diversity)
   
• Watch entrepreneur’s “venture pitch”
   
• Wear the shoes of investors evaluating opportunities
   
• Negotiate a deal with entrepreneurs
   
• Learn about term sheets
